Most Upper Milford Youth Association registrations will offer a volunteer buyout option.  Selecting this option during registration will excuse the guardians of a player from our volunteer list.   

Volunteering at UMYA includes but is not limited to Coaching, Assistant Coaching, Team Managing, Board Membership, Field Prep and Snack Bar Service.   Snack Bar Service is typically 1-2 hours per season per registrant at Lenape or Jasper Park. 

The Volunteer Buyout Fee is optional and non-refundable.   Funds collected will be used to cover costs incurred when UMYA must employ outside help.  

Refunds will only be issued for those who withdraw before the registration deadline for the sport. Full refunds less a $5 processing fee may be issued for refunds requested prior to the sport early registration deadline and 50% refunds may be issued for refunds requested by the late registration deadline. No refunds may be requested after the sport late registration deadline.
--- Late Fees and Volunteer Buy-out Fees are non-refundable.
--- Family Registration Fees are refunded subject to discretion of the UMYA Board.
--- Refund requests, including the reason you are requesting the refund, should be sent to the appropriate sport's Coordinator for consideration. (Please see Contacts page on website for contact information.) Approved refund requests will be processed as soon as possible.

UMYA weather policy is If you Hear It, Clear It.  (Thunder= clear the fields, wait 15 minutes til no longer thundering to resume play.) 

If you See It, Flee It.  (Lightning= leave the fields and take shelter in vehicles or safe location, may resume play after storm has passed for 20 minutes.)
